    This Spiced Seafood Blend gives fish and seafood a burst of flavour, colour and heat. With a medium-hot heat, this blend is for those that love a bit of chilli. The smoked Paprika and Kashmiri chilli gives your seafood a rich, natural red colour while cumin, coriander, garlic and herbs season to perfection. 


    We've combined 5 different chillies and chilli powders to get a raunchy and unique flavour with this blend. 


    We have designed our "Spiced" and "Magic" range to work together and be used in conjunction with eachother. You get a new third flavour when combining the Magic and the Spiced version of a blend. 


    • Ingredients

      Our Spiced Seafood Blend is an aromatic blend of: 

      Cumin, Coriander, Onion, Garlic, Chilli Flakes, Hot Chilli Powder, Kashmiri Chilli, Cayenne Pepper, White Pepper, Smoked Paprika, Sweet Paprika, Oregano, Thyme. 

    • How to use


      We use NO fillers or other additives in our blends, so you need to use less than the standard seasonings because our blends are SO POTENT.

      DRY RUB: ALWAYS SHAKE WELL BEFORE USING. We recommend washing and drying your seafood and applying a thin layer of Spiced Seafood Blend before cooking.

      MARINADE: Alternatively you can add 1 tablespoon of oil to 2 tablespoons of Spiced Seafood Blend and make a marinade. We use NO salt in our blends, so you have the freedom to season to your individual taste. 

    • Storage Instructions

      Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep sealed and use within 3 weeks. Onion Powder and Garlic Powder have a tendancy to clump together if left open or in humid environments, if this happens shake well or blend in food processor until smooth again.
